How Much Does an Eye Exam Cost If You Have Coverage Through Alberta Works.

If you’re covered under the Alberta Works Income Support program, you and your dependents are eligible for the following eye care benefits:

  • A comprehensive eye exam (no cost to you)

  • A complete pair of our Aperture eyeglasses if required (at no cost to you).

Required: Recipients under these programs must present an Alberta Works benefit card along with valid government-issued photo identification at the time of the eye exam in order to access their benefits.
